In celebration of the 5th anniversary of OMM - Odunpazarı Modern Museum, we have come together to create a special edition. Curated by İdil Tabanca, the "Creatures of Comfort" exhibition blurs the boundaries of design and art, exploring the recent history of functional art and seeking the new generation of creators who produce in symbiosis with nature. This issue also features architect, filmmaker, and BAFTA-nominated producer Liam Young, described by the BBC as "the man designing our future," as well as Sofia Crespo, who digitally simulates organic life. We delve into the world of "collectible design" with pioneers Loic Le Gaillard & Julien Lombrail, founders of Carpenters Workshop Gallery, alongside interdisciplinary architecture practice (AB)NORMAL, and much more in our "Design For Art's Sake" edition.
Note: The issue is bilingual, in both Turkish and English.
